Here are two Phish bust outs from the past two nights. On Tuesday the band covered Little Feat’s “Skin It Back” for the first time since 7/29/88. On Wednesday Jon Fishman took the lead on Prince’s “Purple Rain,” a song the band last performed on 7/25/99.
“Skin It Back”Update “Purple Rain” (with a bonus Tuck reference going back to 6/18/12), has been pulled down. We’ll get a new one up there, In the interim we have “Happiness is a Warm Gun” which the band last played on 10/31/94, followed by the “Star Spangled Banner.”
