On Saturday, Feb. 3, New York’s Blue Note venue hosted a special Mardi Gras Brunch featuring Crescent City native and cultural preservationist of New Orleans Indigenous traditions, known for his captivating vocals and powerful trombone sound.
Notably, the sold-out event trickled into the streets of New York City when a second line broke out, taking the band and attendees into the open air for a spontaneous moment that stole the show.
