Today, South Carolina synth rockers Doom Flamingo are debuting a brand new single – “& Ready To Mingle” – on Relix.com.

The band – which many know as the ’80s-influenced side project of Umphrey’s McGee bassist Ryan Stasik – have been churning out the occasional show through the pandemic, and now they’re ready to share the dancefloor-ready “& Ready To Mingle” with fans nationwide.

“This song to me is a little beacon of hope that we’ll be pushing our way through a crowd again sometime in the near future,” keyboardist Ross Bogan told Relix. “Lord knows we’re all ready at this point. We’ve got a lot of catching up to do, bring on the roaring 20’s 2.0 A lot of lonely disco balls out there, here’s our bat signal.”

Added vocalist Kanika Moore, “‘& Ready To Mingle’ is dedicated to our single & polyamorous fans eager to return to the live shows we’ve all been anticipating.”
