After nearly 10 years as a member of Turkuaz, Sammi Garett is set to embark on her solo career. Freekbass, with whom she has collaborated since 2018, is producing her forthcoming solo EP, Sweet Tooth. Today, we are premiering the video for the first single from the album, “With You,” which is directed by Angie Wilson

“I feel incredibly lucky to have such supportive fans, family and friends by my side, cheering me on,” Garett says. “I believe that everything happens for a reason. Change can be really scary, but I truly believe I’m exactly where I need to be, and I am beyond happy about it!”

Looking ahead, Garett will join Freekbass & The Bump Assembly on tour in 2022, where the group will also perform some of the material from the EP.
