Trombone Shorty’s Shorty Fest and Block Party at Tipitina’s (A Gallery)

On May 2, Shorty Fest was held at Tipitina’s in New Orleans during the days between Jazz Fest. Before the doors opened, Cyril Neville was inducted into the walk of fame and outdoor festivities commenced.
The monster lineup inside Tipitina’s included the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Dumpstaphunk, Galactic w/ Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue.
