Eddie Vedder Caught the Ceremonial First Pitch at Wrigley Field Today
Eddie Vedder migrated from the rooftop across the street to home plate of the friendly confines of Wrigley Field where he caught the ceremonial first pitch from the Red Baron, former pitcher Rick Sutcliffe.
Sutcliffe threw out the first pitch at Wrigley ahead of the Cubs’ pivotal Game 4 against the Washington Nationals in the NLDS, a game that was postponed due to bad weather in the Chicago area yesterday. It is Cubs playoff season, so that means Vedder is going to be showing up a lot in the next few weeks.
