Tonight at 8 PM on the Audience Network, Buddy Guy will be prominently featured on Ernie Ball: The Pursuit of Tone. The blues legend will sit for an extended interview in the documentary series to talk about a wide range of topics including getting his start on a three-string guitar, his longtime relationship with Muddy Waters and more.
Filmed in Chicago, Guy recounts his start on the road to becoming a blues legend with stories about Muddy Waters, saying, “We used to joke over drinks–‘If I go before you don’t let the blues die.'” He also discusses his experience seeing Louisiana blues legend Lightning Slim.
