Rusted Root’s Michael Glabicki and Dirk Miller “Man Not a Machine” (Live)
Rusted Root frontman Michael Glabicki is preparing to head out on tour as part of a duo project with his bandmate Dirk Miller, and we’re premiering a video of the two playing Glabicki’s “Man Not a Machine” live at The Rex Theater in Pittsburgh, PA.
“‘Man not Machine’ is a song about the collective cellular dance that has been happening at my shows for the last few years,” Glabicki tells
Relix. “Something new and exciting has been happening, so I wanted to write a song about it and breathe some extra life into it – like a funky steroid!”
Glabicki will be kicking off a run of tour dates with Miller starting January 30 in Arizona and hitting various part of the country while trying out some of his new tunes. “The duo is a great avenue that I have around 30 new songs for, and I am deciding whether they need a new band around them or if they work with Rusted Root,” Glabicki explains.
Watch “Man Not a Machine” below and see the duo’s tour schedule, with more dates to be added.
