Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Announces 2016 Inductees

The list of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees for 2016 has been revealed, having been decided from a vote of over 800 Hall of Fame Foundation members, along with the organization’s online fan vote. Artists are eligible for the Hall of Fame 25 years after the release of their first recording.

The 2016  inductees for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame are:

Cheap Trick
Chicago
Deep Purple
N.W.A
Steve Miller.

The 31st Annual Induction Ceremony will take place for the second time at Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center on April 8, and will be broadcast on HBO in the spring. Tickets for the event will go on sale in February. A pre-sale will also be available to those who are active Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members by December 31.
