Widespread Panic Announce Riverside Run Following All Good Now Weekend
Ever since 2006, Widespread Panic has maintained a steady presence at Milwaukee’s Riverside Theater. After the group’s one-off appearance that year and two shows in 2007, the band has performed three-night stands at venue most every fall, going back to 2008. Panic has just confirmed that it will appear at the Riverside on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 23-25, 2026 with tickets on sale this Saturday, June 20, at 10 am CT.
Meanwhile, this past weekend the group headlined All Good Now at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. The six-piece delivered two sets on each day of the festival. On Saturday the band set the tone from the start with a crowd-pleasing version of “Henry Parsons Died,” which gave way to a “Greta” > “Christmas Katie” pairing. A bit later, “Drivin’ Song” bookended “We Walk Each Other Home.” Other Saturday highlights included “Shut Up And Drive” and an extended “Second Skin” that was part of a sequence in set two that moved from “Disco” into an extended “Second Skin,” followed by “Rebirtha,” “Tie Your Shoes” and “Blue Indian.”
Sunday began with a strong “Pigeons” opener, which led into “Pleas.” Other standout first-set moments include “Vacation,” “Sharon” and the closing “Space Wrangler.” When the band then returned, it performed the first “None of Us Are Free: since 6/06/25. The group’s final set also included a notable run from “Surprise Valley” into “Ride Me High,” then back into “Surprise Valley” followed by “Blight.” The encores were “City of Dreams” and “Ain’t Life Grand.”
On June 26, Widespread Panic opens its Red Rocks run.
