Karina Rykman to Appear on Talk Show with Max Higgins Tonight

Tonight, March 25, Karina Rykman will head down to the Lower East Side to take the stage at Caveat for Talk Show with Max Higgins. New York native Rykman will join in the latest episode of the live show mixing standup, sketch comedy, interviews, music and more, signing on as the evening’s musical guest.
Rykman and Higgins first met on the road, becoming fast friends in backstage passings as they respectively rose through the ranks of the jam scene. With Higgins now well-familiar to the community for his viral reflections on his experience at over 50 Phish shows and Rykman earning a reputation as one of the genre’s most distinctive, versatile and exciting performers, the two have reconnected to share the spotlight in a jammy homegrown revue show.
Higgins’ Talk Show is a tongue-in-cheek tribute to the late-night format, supported by a celebrated ensemble cast of rising stars. Tonight’s performance will feature Rykman, actor and playwright Jabari Elzie and comedians DeAnne Smith, Esther Fallick and Arjun Banerjee. Rykman’s set will be accompanied by house band The Big Town City Band, led by Ethan Silver Wheeler
