Gregg Allman has reportedly entered hospice, according to 97x.com. Country artist Travis Tritt took to Twitter early in the morning to wish Allman well.

Allman previously cancelled his entire touring slate in March, citing undisclosed health reasons. He was supposed to play a run of shows in his hometown of Macon, GA along with shows in Chattanooga, TN and Robinsville, MS. 

No official statement has been released from Allman’s camp as of yet.
