Gov’t Mule have announced a new Spring Tour. On top of a previously announced five-show spring series and a co-headline summer sprint with Joe Bonamassa, the Warren Haynes-fronted Southern jam outfit has added a run of 11 shows across the Midwest and Southeast from April 14-28. The group’s new tour dates will feature support from acclaimed Americana sister act Larkin Poe for seven shows and a single appearance from Maggie Rose.

After kicking off another year on the road with a special “Mile High Mule” show at Denver’s Mission Ballroom on March 27 and progressing through three further stops before an April 11 set at Joe Bonamassa’s Sound Wave Beach Weekend in Miramar Beach, Fla., Gov’t Mule will kick off their newly announced tour dates from Kansas City, Mo.’s Uptown Theater. The group will wind through Des Moines, Iowa and Farmington, Pa. on April 15 and 17, then return to their roots in the Peach State with an April 19 stand at Athens, Ga.’s Classic Center Theatre.

Larkin Poe will remain on the bill for shows in Chesterfield, Mo. and Nashville on April 20 and 22, then the quartet will deliver a standalone headline show in Chattanooga, Tenn., before linking with Rose for a night at Albertville, Aala.’s Sand Mountain Amphitheater on April 24. Gov’t Mule will keep trucking to the end of their run with performances at Little Rock, Ark.’s The Hall and Fayetteville, Ark.’s Ozark Music Hall on April 25 and 28, then head to New Orleans for their previously announced intimate one-night-only show at the historic Orpheum Theater on May 1.

Tickets for Gov’t Mule’s new tour dates will become available through an artist presale on Wednesday, Feb. 4 at 12 p.m. ET, with a general on-sale to follow on Friday, Feb. 6 at 12 p.m. ET. Find more information at mule.net.
