Greensky Bluegrass Welcome Jerry Douglas, Sam Bush in Telluride

June 20, 2016

Greensky Bluegrass welcomed a pair of longtime collaborators during their set at Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Colorado.

Jerry Douglas first joined the band on dobro, adding to a cover of “The Ballad of Curtis Loew” as well as the following “Don’t Lie.” Douglas and Sam Bush then joined the fold for a pair of Greensky originals in “Lose My Way” and “Who is Frederico.”

Also of note, Greensky closed their set with a tribute to Prince and David Bowie with covers of Prince’s “When Doves Cry” and Bowie’s “Fame” to close the show.

Next up for Greensky is a slot at the Funhouse Fest in Williamsburg, VA.
