Last night at the Emmys, Tracy Morgan made his triumphant return to the stage after a car accident that left him in a coma for eight days, Jon Hamm finally grabbed his Emmy for Mad Men, along with big nights for Game of Thrones, Veep and others. 

One of the major highlights came during the In Memoriam segment when the Academy honored those who passed away this year. Among them, B.B. King and Parks and Recreation writer Harris Wittels (appropriately captured in his Phish shirt) as well as film and television luminaries like Wes Craven, Leonard Nimoy, Joan Rivers, Sam Simon and others along with the likes of ESPN’s Stuart Scott, Frank Gifford, Saturday Night Live cast member Jan Hooks.
