Over the weekend, Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival made its triumphant return to Okeechobee, Fla.’s Sunshine Grove with four days of top-tier talent across an eclectic spectrum of styles. The beloved South Florida event’s latest presentation arrived as both the 10th anniversary of its debut and its first staging since 2023, and honored the occasion with more than 130 performances scattered across its vibrant campus, led by headline sets from Cage The Elephant, Fisher, GRiZ, Knock 2, T-Pain, LCD Soundsystem and The Lumineers.

“The band is back together!” Okeechobee founder Rechulski said. “OMF has always been about more than just music—it’s a celebration of creative expression in all its forms, providing a safe space for the freaks that we all are. OMF is an event where art for all senses occurs. From music to sculptures, graphics, and food, you can feel the art.”

Beyond the top billings, other powerful performances at the highly anticipated festival came from The Disco Biscuits (and their TRACTORBEAM side-project), Freddie Gibbs, Japanese Breakfast, Big Boi, Eggy, Moodymann, Nightmares on Wax, Sister Nancy, Dogs In A Pile, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, BigXThaPlug, Paris Texas, Big Gigantic, Tycho, Flipturn, Young the Giant, Rebirth Brass Band, Special Request, Empress Of, Saxsquatch, Snacktime, Moon Taxi, Tropidelic and many more. LP Giobbi was behind the boards for the first-ever female-led PoWoW!, the event’s traditional all-star superjam set, and tapped a rotating cast of instrumental collaborators, including Big Gigantic’s saxophonist and producer Dominic Lalli, The Disco Biscuits’ keyboardist Aron Magner and Goose’s guitarist and frontman Rick Mitarotonda.
