Colorado-based Americana outfit Grant Farm will release their new album, Broke In Two, on June 14, and today we premiere the video for their newly released single, “Morning Train,” which was written by guitarist Tyler Grant, who founded the group in 2010 (the original lineup also featured members of fellow Colorado collectives The String Cheese Incident and Leftover Salmon).

“‘Morning Train’ is an uplifting song of spirit, strength and community,” Grant Farm tells Relix. “The track leans on the funk side of the band’s self-described Cosmic Americana sound and features a catchy call-and-response chorus. Solid drums and bass by Sean ‘Magic’ Macaulay and Adrian ‘ACE’ Engfer hold down Grant’s lead guitar lines, with the percussive clavinet of Kevin ‘Money’ McHugh tying the whole train together. Leave your fears behind. Only Love can fire the engine.”
