There will be a Marley in the NFL this season as Nico, the grandson of Bob Marley, signed a contract with the Washington Redskins.

The Tulane linebacker went undrafted and joined the Redskins shortly after for a tryout working with the team’s linebackers. Marley announced his signing on Instagram.

At Tulane, Marley became the school’s all-time leader in tackles for loss during his four years. Watch him in action below.

It should also be noted that Nico’s father, Rohan Marley, was a successful football player at the University of Miami (Rohan led the ’93 Hurricanes with 95 tackles and played alongside the likes of Ray Lewis and Warren Sapp) and spent some time in the Canadian Football League as well.
