Warren Haynes, Don Was and Jamey Johnson and More to Unite for The Last Waltz Tour 2022

Warren Haynes, Don Was and Jamey Johnson have shared they’ll reunite for The Last Waltz 2022 Tour, a live celebratory tour in homage to The Band’s 1976 farewell concert, this November. The 13-date event will see the three artists, along with an illustrious group of friends, recreate moments from Martin Scorsese’s 1978 film of the same name.

The event is presented by Robbie Robertson, his song Sebastian and Keith Wortman of Blackbirds Presents. The aforementioned group of illustrious friends joining Haynes, Was, and Johnson includes Anders Osborne, Kathleen Edwards, Dave Malone, John Medeski, Cyril Neville, Terrence Higgins, Bob Margolin, Mark Mullins, along with the Levee Horns, who will play the original arrangements of the late Allen Toussaint.

Starting on Nov. 3 and 4, the ensemble will kick off their tour at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y. from there, they’ll traverse the East Coast with stops in Philadelphia, Wallingford, Conn., Boston, and more. The Last Waltz ensemble will then head south, performing in Richmond, Va., and Atlanta before three nights in and throughout Flordia. The tour will conclude with a performance at the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg, Fla., on Nov. 20.
