Phil Lesh has plenty in the works over the coming days at Terrapin Crossroads. On Thursday, it’s the latest of his Telstar performances featuring freeform, space-inspired and electronic jams with Larry Campbell, Teresa Williams, Anders Osborne, Tony Leone and an unnamed special guest. Then on Friday and Saturday, the aforementioned players, along with Marco Benevento, will deliver two Phil & Friends Shows under the title “The Cycle of Life.” Phil describes these ambitious performances as follows: “What you are about to experience is not a standard rock show, we are attempting to tell a story allegorically. We ask that you come early enough to enter the hall before the start; guests arriving after the start may be asked to wait until a break in the music.”
