As the long-awaited return of moe.down quickly approaches, moe. have announced another special live event, this time inviting their fans to two nights of music at Grundy County, Tenn.’s The Caverns. On July 31 and Aug. 1, the foundational jamband will head to the hallowed underground venue for moe.down Underground, featuring a total of six sets from the hosts, plus special guests and an array of other activities.

moe.down Underground will arrive two weeks after the return of moe.down, the band’s signature festival which debuted in 2000 and is back for the first time since 2019, moving to a new location at Gilbert, Pa.’s West End Fairgrounds from July 16-18. Before embarking on the second leg of their moe.mentUM co-headline tour with Umphrey’s McGee in August, the group will dig in at the caers for five classic sets, a single acoustic set on Saturday afternoon and guest spots from Shadowgrass and lespecial. Beyond the music, Attendees will be treated to morning yoga, sound baths, rt installations, cave tours and more. Tickets for the unprecedented gathering will become available this Friday, April 3 at 10 a.m. CT.

Over the weekend, moe.’s continued with performances at St. Petersburg, Fla.’s Jannus Live and Miami Beach, Fla.’s The Fillmore Miami Beach at The Jackie Gleason Theater on March 27 and 28. During their Friday night staging, the band welcomed bassist Rob Derhak’s daughter Emma to the stage to take on lead vocals for their third all-time treatment of the Marshall Tucker Band classic “Can’t You See, “ which they’d last performed in September of last year. They’ll take the stage next at Patchogue, N.Y.’s Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts for a two-night engagement on April 9 and 10.
