Goose Detail ‘Everything Must Go’ Release Event at Luna Luna: Forgotten Fantasy, Including Entirely Improvised Instrumental Set

Art by Brian Blomerth
Goose previously announced its plans to release its fourth studio LP, Everything Must Go, via No Coincidence Records. Today, the band, known for its genre-morphing, improvisational heavy rock approach, shared details behind its record release event, slated for Tuesday, March 11, at Luna Luna: Forgotten Fantasy.
Everything Must Go’s carnivalesque themes will be evoked by the location’s unique approach to generating an immersive art installation that includes rides, games, and specific attractions. For Goose’s takeover, artist Brian Blomerth’s imagination will serve as the band’s guided light through storytelling and theatrics evoked by the LP art creator and his custom characters.
During the event, the band will perform an entirely improvised instrumental set. Goose will also collaborate with Brooklyn producer/mix engineer Abe Seiferth to create an original modular DJ with stems and sounds via Everything Must Go. A special listening space will allow attendees to experience the special vinyl edition for the first time.
According to the band’s press release, the release party is the result of the combined efforts of the band and their new Experience Design partner, META, helmed by Justin Bolognino, the Founder and Director of META.
On Goose’s socials they told followers, “All we’re going to say? Expect the unexpected. Exclusive first looks and listens, surprises at every corner and a fully improvisational set by the band. And an unforgettable night that you won’t want to miss.”
Tickets go on sale today, March 4 at 2 PM ET, at goosetheband.com/tour.
