On Feb. 16 and 17, Port Chester, NY’s Capitol Theatre will host the star-studded event, ‘The Thrill is Gone: A Tribute To B.B. King.’

Featured performers include living legends like Buddy Guy and Steve Cropper, as well as students and longtime admirers of King, like Derek Trucks, Ivan Neville, Robert Randolph, Susan Tedeschi and Warren Haynes.

And while the venue notes that the daily lineups will vary, each evening is sure to be a heartfelt tribute to the late blues legend.

“I’m very excited to partner with my dear friend Peter Shapiro to bring together a world-class lineup of artists for two incredible nights of music honoring B.B. King at The Capitol Theatre,” said Keith Wortman of Blackbird Presents.

Added B.B. King drummer/event co-producer Tony TC Coleman, “It’s a thrill to be involved in this once-in-a-lifetime event celebrating my good friend B.B. King. To get to see these amazing musicians performing hits from the King of Blues is a dream come true.”

Tickets for ‘The Thrill is Gone: A Tribute To B.B. King’ will go on sale Friday, Jan. 17 at 12 Noon via Ticketmaster and The Capitol Theatre box office.

However, Relix will be offering a special pre-sale for two-day passes on Thursday, Jan. 17, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. via Ticketmaster with the code RELIX.
