Blink-182 to Reunite for First Tour in Nearly a Decade

Today it was announced Tom DeLonge, Mark Hoppus, and Travis Barker are planning to reunite as Blink-182 and set out on a world tour marking their first in nearly a decade. In celebration of the announcement, they shared they plan to release a new track titled “Edging” on Oct. 14.

Their travels will appropriately take the internationally successful American Rock Band around the planet with stops in North America, South America, Europe, Austrailia and New Zealand, starting in March 2023 through February of 2024. For the North American leg the Take Off Your Pants and Jacket band will be joined by Turnstile. They’re also set to headline  Lollapalooza’s Latin American festivals in Argentina, Chile, and Brasil.

Over the past decade the individual members of Blink-182 have been far from stagnant: After leaving Blink-182 in 2015 DeLonge heralded his other band Angel & Airwaves; Barker stayed in the public eye marrying Kourtney Kardashian and recording from everyone from Young Thug to Avril Lavigne; and Hoppus successfully battled lymphatic cancer. It was in fact, Hoppus’ diagnosis that inspired him to reconnect with DeLounge.

Tickets go on sale starting Monday, Oct. 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
