Nathan Followill Talks _Mechanical Bull,_ College Football

Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill sat down with popular sports and pop culture website SBNation to talk about a variety of topics including KoL’s new album Mechanical Bull, as well as the upcoming Oklahoma Sooners football game against Notre Dame. The Followill’s grew up in Oklahoma and are self-proclaimed Sooners fans. Nathan appeared on ESPN College Gameday last year before this annual matchup as well. Unfortunately for Nathan (and fortunately for noted Irish fans, Umphrey’s McGee), Notre Dame defeated the Sooners, 30-13.
