Billy Cobham’s Crosswinds Project at Sony Hall (A Gallery)

Drummer Billy Cobham, a founding member of Mahavishnu Orchestra, brought his Crosswinds Project—named after Cobham’s 1974 album of the same name—to the brand new Sony Hall in New York on Tuesday night. Cobham’s band featured saxophonist Paul Hanson, guitarist Fareed Haque of Garaj Mahal, bassist Tim Landers and keyboardist Scott Tibbs. Dino Perrucci shared some photos from the evening.
