Blue Note Jazz Festival 2018’s Final Week in NYC (A Gallery)
This week marks the final one for New York’s Blue Note Jazz Festival, which has been bringing an array of artists to various venues around the city throughout June. On Monday night, Chris Botti played the second of two nights at Sony Hall; Tuesday night saw Jamaican legend Monty Alexander play the Blue Note with a surprise visit from Big Chief Donald Harrison; on Wednesday, Emerson Lake & Palmer drummer Carl Palmer brought his ELP Experience to Sony Hall, while downtown, Lettuce kicked off their five-night, 12-set run at the Blue Note. Dino Perrucci shared some photos from around the festival. (See more photos from Lettuce night one here)
