Taking a bit of Bruce Springsteen, a dollop of John Mellencamp and a dash of Tom Petty, The Jamie McLean Band hits on all musical cylinders delivering songs destined to be classics. The smooth yet powerful vocals, blazing guitars and insistent percussion on “Brother” are the musical equivalent of galloping racehorses – elegantly powerful with just a hint of danger. But this band is no one trick pony as proven on the New Orleans flavored “Hold on Tight.” Get ready to love this new release – completely.
