Trey Anastasio Will Tour Acoustic in May and June
Trey Anastasio has confirmed a series of May and June acoustic shows. Like his 2025 acoustic run and most of his recent acoustic appearances in general, keyboardist Jeff Tanski will join the Phish guitarist on the road for the upcoming theater dates. Tanski first worked with Anastasio on the play Hands on a Hardbody, which ran on Broadway in 2013, and they have continued to collaborate on myriad projects, including The Beacon Jams and other livestreams during COVID. Tanski has also held some behind-the-scenes roles for Anastasio, writing charts and working on arrangements.
The upcoming run will kick off at Portland, OR’s Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall on May 26 and include stops at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre (5/27), Missoula, MT’s The Wilma (5/29-30), Jackson Hole, WY’s Jackson Hole Center for the Arts – Center Theater (5/30), Vail, CO’s Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater (6/3), Minneapolis’ Orpheum Theatre (6/13), Bayfield, WI’s Big Top Chautauqua (6/14), Toronto’s Massey Hall (6/19) and Buffalo, NY’s Kleinhans Music Hall (6/20). After a few days off, the run will conclude on the other side of the summer solstice with shows at Port Chester, NY’s Capitol Theatre on June 23 and 24. Along the way, Anastasio will also play some orchestral gigs at Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks on June 7 and Kansas City, MO’s Helzberg Hall, Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts on June 10.
