Trey Anastasio will appear on the Howard Stern Show on Monday, November 2. Though Stern and his staff have referenced Anastasio and Phish in the past, and Stern has several longtime Phish fans on his staff, this will be the guitarist’s first appearance on the program. His participation was announced on the show earlier today. Keyboardist Jeff Tanski, who augmented Anastasio during his recent solo tours, is believed to be joining him on the program.
The Howard Stern Show now airs every Monday at 7 a.m. ET on SiriusXM and on HBOMax on Thursdays. Of course, Phish also have their own SiriusXM channel. Trey Anastasio Band will kick off their fall tour at Portland, ME’s State Theatre on November 10. Phish will play their 100th show at New York’s Madison Square Garden on January 2.
