Tonewood Brewing Announces Tonewood 10: Island Jam with Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, LaMP, Grace Bowers, The Disco Biscuits’ DJ Brownie and Aron Magner and More

This summer, Tonewood Brewing will mark its 10th anniversary with an all-out bash. On June 6, the Camden County, N.J. based brewery will unite a stacked lineup of jam stars, pulling together a total of seven acts for a full day of musical celebration curated by the veteran promoters at  Rising Sun Presents.

“It has always been a dream of ours to bring our love for craft beer and live music together,” said Tonewood co-founder Eli Facchinei, “and for our 10-year celebration we are finally able to do just that.”

Set against views of the Cooper River at Veteran’s Island in Cooper River Park, Tonewood 10: Island Jam will be headlined by the funk-jam firebrands in Pigeons Playing Ping Pong. LaMP, the deep-pocketed organ trio of Russ Lawton, Scott Metzger and Ray Paczkowski, and Nashville-based guitar ace Grace Bowers will provide earlier support, as will The Disco Biscuits’ Marc “DJ Brownie” Brownstein and Deadtronica, featuring Bisco’s keyboardist Aron Magner and regular collaborator Cloudchord. The rising trio of Winderman, Colman and Kimock and local Grateful Dead tribute outfit Crickets & Cicadas will round out the bill, with Brownstein, Magner and Kanika Moore confirmed as Artists at Large.
