Terrapin Roadshow Announce Fillmore Concerts in San Francisco

Terrapin Roadshow, the traveling concert series honoring the legacy of Phil and Jill Lesh’s iconic San Raphael live music venue, has announced two new concerts on Friday, September 12, and Saturday, September 13, at San Francisco’s historic Fillmore. Each night will feature new and familiar faces during each night of music, honoring Lesh and his Grateful Dead saga.

Participating in night one are the husband and wife duo, Larry Campbell and Terea Williams, joined by Ross James, Alex Koford, Eric Krasno, Steve Molitz, and John Molo. During the ensemble’s ensuing appearance, James, Koford, and Krasno will remain on the bill while Holly Bowling, Natalie Cressman, and Scott Law represent new arrivals.

Addressing the announcement to “Terrapin Nation” on social media, the band shared: “We are so thrilled to announce that we’re bringing a very special Terrapin Roadshow to the legendary Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco! We’re bringing some of our dear Terrapin favorites for two nights, celebrating the music of the Grateful Dead and the amazing Terrapin Nation.”

Adding, “This has been a magical Summer celebrating Phil, the legacy of Terrapin Crossroads, and of course the music of the Grateful Dead, and we can’t wait to bring it back to the Fillmore, where it all began.”

Before their Fillmore arrival, Terrapin Roadshow will roll into Truckee Amphitheatre in Truckee, Calif., on Sunday, August 17. The concert will include Terrapin-Allstars, Jackie Greene, Nicki Bluhm, and James, after Grahame Lesh previously pulled out from the gig, citing “family comes first.”

Tickets for Terrapin Roadshow’s San Francisco concert go on sale Friday, August 15. For more information, visit www.terrapincrossroads.net.
