Santana have will return to Europe this summer for the Planet of Free Will Global Tour 2027. The run will kick off at London’s O2 Arena on June 30, 2027, before making its way through France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Norway and Finland.
“Our intention, motives and purpose is to awaken a deeper awareness that this is the Planet of Free Will, and that each of us has the power to choose unity over division, harmony over conflict, and love over fear,” Carlos Santana said in a statement. “At every Santana concert, we bring and share unity, harmony, and oneness with every note and we remind everyone that we have the free will to choose a higher consciousness and live for the highest good of all.”
On October 16, Santana reunited with Wyclef Jean, appearing on a remix of Wyclef’s “Freedom,” a number off his new album, Clef Notes - Quantum Leap Vol. 1. The first in an intended seven-volume series, the collaboration is a call for their shared vision for social change. Jean previously worked with Santana on “Maria Maria,” a key track off the guitarist’s 1999 comeback album Supernatural.
Santana’s residency at Las Vegas’ House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay will resume on November 4.
