Rolling Stones Announce North American Tour
The Rolling Stones have confirmed the dates for their Zip Code tour set to kick off May 24 in San Diego at Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres. The 15-city run marks the band’s first North American stadium tour since 2007 and their first North American tour since 2013. The band will play hits-filled sets as well as selections of “special gems” from its catalog.
“We are excited to be back in North America playing stadiums this summer,” Mick Jagger said. “We are looking forward to being back onstage and playing your favorite songs.”
In addition to the tour, the band will also reissue their 1971 classic Sticky Fingers in a deluxe format on May 26. The band is promising a “generous selection of previously unreleased Stones audio outtakes” from the album’s sessions.
Tickets for all U.S. shows go on sale April 13 while the Quebec show goes on sale April 11.
