Robert Randolph and St. Vincent Join Central Park SummerStage Dinner & Concert Benefit

9:04 AM EDT on August 27, 2026

Robert Randolph and St. Vincent have joined the lineup for the 2026 Dinner & Concert Benefit slated to be held at New York’s SummerStage in Central Park on September 10. As previously reported, Preservation Hall Jazz Band will serve as the house band for the evening, which will honor Joe Killian with SummerStage Icon Award and Alex Blavatnik with City Parks Foundation’s Icon Award. Steve Jordan will act as musical director and additional surprise guests are expected.

This year marks SummerStage’s 40th anniversary season. Fittingly, Killian founded the SummerStage festival and served as its executive director. Blavatnik is the Chairman of Access Industries and Director of the Blavatnik Archive. The evening, which is slated to start at 6:30pm, will include a cocktail reception, dinner, an award ceremony and concert in Central Park’s famed Rumsey Playfield.

St. Vincent also recently announced a series of shows nearby Central Park at New York’s famed Café Carlyle.
