Debuting on Wednesday, May 8, 3 From The 7 is Relix’s new weekly news podcast, chronicling three of the jam world’s biggest news stories from the last seven days.

Hosted by Raffaela Kenny-Cincotta (Assistant Editor, Relix) and Karina Rykman (Bassist, Marco Benevento and Karina Rykman), 3 From The 7 takes an exciting look at everything from tour announcements to festival lineups to epic live sets in a fun, 15-minute format.

3 From The 7 also features original intro/outro music by Rykman herself, recorded live at her recent headlining debut at Rough Trade in New York City.

“I’m so stoked to co-host 3 From The 7 with Raf! Our chemistry is off the charts, she is the true Dave Pasch to my Bill Walton, but she seems totally down for my lunacy,” Rykman says via press release.
