Preservation Hall Jazz Band Confirm First-Ever Livestream from Their Namesake Venue, Welcoming Durand Jones and Ivan Neville


Preservation Hall Jazz Band is teaming up with The Relix Channel on Twitch to broadcast their special ‘Round Midnight Preserves show, live on April 30 and May 1.

The shows are sure to be a a lively affair, as the Pres Hall Jazz Band welcome Durand Jones on night one and Ivan Neville on night two.

These shows mark the band’s first-ever livestreams from their namesake venue – Preservation Hall – and will take place on what would have been the first weekend of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.

According to the Preservation Hall Foundation, “Donations made during both streams will support our efforts to protect, preserve and perpetuate New Orleans music, foster music education opportunities for educators and students, and continue providing emergency financial relief to Preservation Hall musicians.”
