NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers have announced their fourth annual Grateful Dead night, which will be held on March 27, 2025, at the Wells Fargo Center in the City of Brotherly Love. The game will feature a matchup between the Flyers and the Montreal Canadiens. 

The impending coupling of hockey and music provides fans of both a chance to purchase ticket packages that include access to a pregame concert featuring the Dead tribute band Splintered Sunlight. Entertainment ahead of the face-off will begin at 5 p.m., with doors opening at 4:30 p.m. 

Those who purchase a ticket package will receive access to the hockey game and the pre-concert will receive a commemorative t-shirt which mashes up the Flyers’ logo with the Dead’s steelie logo in two-toned orange.
