As demand for Oasis’ long-awaited reunion tour continues to rise, the beloved Britpop combo has once again expanded its itinerary. On Monday, Oct. 30, the band confirmed its previously teased plans to take the Live ‘25 tour beyond Europe with the announcement of five North American dates, hitting major cities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico from Aug. 24 to Sept. 12. Today, the band has doubled down on that commitment, adding a second night to four of its five stagings.
Oasis will now open its North American run with two dates at Toronto’s Rogers Stadium on Aug. 24 and 25, then head south to Chicago’s famed Soldier Field for the only one-night stand in its series on Aug. 28. The duo of Liam and Noel Gallagher, with a yet unannounced band, will then head to East Rutherford, N.J.’s MetLife Stadium on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1, followed by sets at Los Angeles’ Rose Bowl Stadium on Sept. 6 and 7 and Mexico City’s Estadio GNP Seguros on Sept. 12 and 13. After finishing its North American leg, the band will return to London for a pair of sets at Wembley Stadium on Sept. 27 and 28.
After overwhelming demand for the first ticket release of the Live ‘25 tour resulted in widespread fan frustration and a formal investigation from the U.K.’s Competition and Markets Authority into Ticketmaster’s “dynamic pricing” function–which has only recently made its way beyond the States–Oasis has determined not to use a variable pricing scheme for its U.S. dates. A general onsale for Oasis’ North American performances will begin tomorrow, Oct. 4 at 12 p.m. local time. For more information, visit oasisinet.com.
