The Newport Festivals Foundation has officially announced the dates and ticket launch for this year’s 67th annual Newport Folk Festival. Blink and you’ll miss it.

The iconic music gathering will return to its longtime home of Newport, R.I.’s Fort Adams State Park from July 24-26. Members of the festival’s tight-knit fan community can get their hands on the coveted tickets through a general on-sale launching Wednesday, February 4 at 1 p.m. ET on DICE. Single, two-day and three-day passes are priced at $118.45, $226.60 and $314.15, with fees factored in. As they do every year, tickets for the 2026 event are expected to sell out in an hour or less.

If the festival’s schedule from the past few years holds, rolling lineup announcements will likely begin with some headliners in a few weeks, then continue to add high-profile artists to the bill up until the show dates. Last year, Newport Folk Festival welcomed a star-studded lineup of traditional torchbearers and contemporary innovators, including Jack Antonoff and Bleachers, Jeff Tweedy, Goose, Mavis Staples, Kim Deal, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Geese and Cameron Winter, Newport Folk Stewardship Program appointee Nathaniel Rateliff, Jessica Pratt, Waxahatchee, MJ Lenderman, I’m With Her, Lucius, Remi Wolf and the “Songs for the People” protest revue led by Josh Kaufman. 2025 also brought the first-annual All-Star Softball Game, where teams captained by Kevin Morby and S.G. Goodman and stacked with beloved artists competed to raise funds for the Newport Festivals Foundation’s free music lessons program.
