On Saturday, April 12, Vermont senator Bernie Sanders will take his current tour, dubbed Fighting Oligarchy: Where We Go From Here, to Los Angeles’ Gloria Molina Grand Park. The occasion will feature a star-studded cast of musical guests, including Neil Young, Joan Baez, Maggie Rogers, and more.
According to the official schedule, doors will open at 9 a.m. local time, with musical performers and guest speakers expected from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. According to the politician’s website, “Over the course of the next few weeks I’ll be hitting the road to have real discussions across America on how we move forward to take on the Oligarchs and corporate interests who have so much power and influence in this country.”
Following Sanders’ initial announcement, which listed three top-tier performers, more musical guests were added to the roster, including Indigo Souza, Jeff Rosentock, The Red Pears and Raise Gospel Choir. RSVP to attend the rally here.
