BTTRFLY have released a new single, “Lift.” The drop is the latest from the Denver-based live-music supergroup, whose members include Eric “Benny” Bloom (Lettuce), Dominic Lalli (Big Gigantic), Adam Deitch (Lettuce), Borahm Lee (Break Science/Pretty Lights Live Band) and Hunter Roberts (Break Science Live). The players first bonded together during the 2020 pandemic as an outlet to create their blend of “improvisational futuristic soul jazz” while the live-music world was largely paused.

The quintet have since released the full-length album Coast in 2022. They have continued to gig out between their other commitments as well and will appear at Denver’s City Park Bandshell on July 12 and New York’s Blue Note on September 1 and 2.
