Cris Jacobs will once again spend Thanksgiving Eve close to home, hosting a jam session at Towson, MD’s The Recher on Wednesday, November 25. In addition to Jacobs, who is in the process of helping reopen Baltimore, MD’s 8x10 club, the evening will feature Greensky Bluegrass’ Anders Beck, Cabinet’s JP Biondo, Natalie Brooke, Jon Brady, Mike Gambone, Dave Markowitz, Patrick Rainey, of Jacobs’ former band The Bridge, and others.
As a member of The Bridge, Jacobs hosted a Thanksgiving Eve show in Baltimore for years and the band even regrouped for reunion performers the night before Turkey Day after they formally stopped touring in 2011. The Bridge played their final reunion show at Columbia, MD’s All Good Now festival in June of 2025.
Up next, Jacobs will appear at Eureka Springs, AR’s Hillberry Music Festival, which will take place at The Farm at Eureka Springs Campground & Events from October 7-11.
