A new floating music festival, Live Loud Fest, will take place from November 4 to 8, 2025. The event sets sail from Miami and stops in Cozumel, Mexico, during the same time slot as the now-canceled Soulshine at Sea event. Notably, the new gathering includes entertainment crossovers that harken to the former festival.

Live Loud Fest leads with 311, SOJA, Niko Moon, Allen Stone, Ripe, Hirie, Maggie Rose, The New Respects, Bombargo, Wheeland Brothers, Liz Vice, Ethan Tucker, The Ries Brothers, and Kristy Lee. In addition to entertainment, wellness activities range from yoga to storytelling workshops, and specialty music sets are curated for the occasion.

In addition to music, the event also features artist activities, including the Songwriters Society Fireside Chat with the Wheeland Brothers, breathwork and meditation sessions with Bombargo, a paint and pour with Tucker, wine tastings, and more.
