Listen: Mickey Guyton Shares Rendition of Ringo Starr’s “You Don’t Know Me At All”

Mickey Guyton has shared her iteration of Ringo Starr’s “You Don’t Know Me At All.” Out today, March 7 via Capitol Records Nashville, the song arrives after Guyton’s guest appearance during Ringo’s time at the Ryman in January, when she joined The Beatle for his original.
“You Don’t Know Me At All” initially appeared on the 1976 LP Ringo’s Rotogravure, the backbeat’s final LP to feature involvement from the members of The Beatles. For Guyton’s take, the songstress takes the listener on an emotional-infused journey centered around her vocal strengths to extract the heart and soul of the original.
Guyton’s initial live performance of “You Don’t Know Me At All” was preserved for the masses via the star-studded concert turned TV special, Ringo & Friends at the Ryman, which debuts on Monday, March 16 on CBS and Paramount+. Read more and watch the teaser trailer here.
On social media, Guyton reflected, “t’s such a treat to have been able to reimagine @ringostarrmusic’s ‘You Don’t Know Me at All’ — his music transcends generations and genres, he’s truly a living icon! My version is out now, check it out at the link in my bio and be sure to watch the visualizer over on YouTube.” See below.
