Khruangbin Announce Intimate Tour Celebrating 10 Years of ‘The Universe Smiles Upon You’

Khruangbin have announced a new series of intimate club shows celebrating the 10-year anniversary of their debut album, The Universe Smiles Upon You. To look back on their origins, the celebrated psychedelia trio will deliver 15 close-quarters performances across the country, running from Nov. 5-25.
Khruangbin’s series of anniversary underplays will begin in their Houston, Texas hometown, with two nights at The Heights Theater on Nov. 5 and 6. Other notable stops on the run include one-off stagings at Philadelphia’s Union Transfer on Nov. 9, New York’s Webster Hall on Nov. 10, Washington, D.C.’s 9:30 Club on Nov. 11, Chicago’s Metro on Nov. 13 and Portland, Ore.’s McMenamis Crystal Ballroom on Nov. 20. After a double header San Francisco’s Regency Ballroom on Nov. 22 and 23, the band will close out their series with a two-night finale at Los Angeles’ Fonda Theatre on Nov. 24 and 25.
