Kevin Scott’s 10th Annual Holiday Revival Concert to Feature Duane Trucks, Charlie Starr, Kevn Kinney and More
Kevin Scott’s All-Star Holiday Revival concert is set to take place on December 18, 2025, at the Variety Playhouse in Atlanta. The 10th anniversary event will feature a rotating lineup of top-tier musicians performing a funky, festive set of songs that will range from borrowed numbers by highly regarded favorites James Brown, Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Black Sabbath, and Frank Zappa, to holiday standards, striking a balance by offering a bit of everything.
Known for his work with Govt Mule, John McLaughlin, Col. Buce Hampton, and Jimmy Herring, Scott will serve as the night’s bandleader, guiding the likes of Charlie Starr, Benji Shanks, Mark Lettieri, Duane Trucks, Jelly Joseph, Kevn Kinney, T. Hardy Morris, The Greyhounds, King Baby, Emil Werstler, Rick Lollar, Lamont Landers, Jontavious Willis, Mark Raudabaugh, Matt Slocum, Ryan Scott, Rhett Huffman, Jordan Shalhoup, Danny Wytanis, Mark Rivers, Art Edmaiston, Marc Franklin, Rafael Pereira, Amanda Joy, Tiffany White, and Spencer Pope.
The concert is a charity event, garnering funds for The Georgia Music Foundation, which
“supports programs of music education, preservation, and outreach while fostering an appreciation for the state’s rich music heritage,” and Backline, which offers mental health and wellness resources to music industry workers and their families.
