Kacey Musgraves has released “Too Good to be True,” the second preview single from her fifth studio album, Deeper Well. Alongside this latest selection, Musgraves has announced the Deeper Well World Tour to support her forthcoming record. This run will bring the country star to a total of 44 engagements, comprising nine evenings in Europe before 35 appearances across the US and Canada.

Musgraves latest single, “Too Good to be True,” shines a light through to the pensive feeling that can grow within a blooming relationship, undercutting blissful moments with second guesses. Her vulnerable vocals, supported by the tender strum of her acoustic guitar, stress her concerns as she entreats, “Please don’t make me regret opening up that part of myself that I’ve been scared to give again.” As the stirring and sentimental ballad runs on towards its conclusion, Musgraves’ tone resolves to a bright, hopeful resonance, floored by love found.

The Deeper Well World Tour will kick off on April 28 from Dublin, Ireland’s 3Olympia, then continue through Belgium, Germany and Scotland before a trio of dates in England on May 11-14 conclude her European sojourn. The tour will pick up again at summer’s end with a Sept. 4 appearance at the Bryce Jordan Center in State College, Pa. This second leg will bring the artist to 35 dates across the US and Canada through Dec. 7, highlighted by two-night-stands at Boston’s TD Garden, Inglewood, Calif.’s Kia Forum, Brooklyn, N.Y.’s Barclays Center, Nashville, Tenn.’s Bridgeport Arena and home-state duel-shows at Austin, Texas’ Moody Center and Dallas’ American Airlines Center. This massive tour will feature support from Father John Misty, Madi Diaz, Nickel Creek and Lord Huron. Fans can register for ticket presale now, which will open on March 5 at 12 p.m. local time.
