Grahame Lesh will build on a longstanding tradition when he appears at San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on February 6, 2027. Lesh has assembled a notable lineup of players for Mardi Gras at Bill Graham. His group for this celebratory event will include Warren Haynes, Cyril Neville, John Molo, Neal Francis and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band along with some other special guests.
The Grateful Dead played a number of Mardi Gras shows in the Bay Area during the 1980s and early 1990s, with Cyrille Neville guesting with the group during two nights in February 1986. Phil Lesh & Friends later hosted Mardi Gras concerts at the Bill Graham Civic in 2005 and 2008. In addition, subsequent celebrations also took place at Terrapin Crossroads.
Tickets for Mardi Gras at Bill Graham will be available via a local venue presale beginning Wednesday, October 28 at 10 AM PT, followed by the general onsale on Friday, October 30 at 10 AM PT.
Meanwhile, Grahame Lesh & Friends will spend Halloween weekend in New England. The group will appear at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston on October 29, followed by two nights at The Muse in Nantucket on October 30–31. Looking ahead, GLAF will play three sold-out gigs at Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever on November 12–14.
