Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers, Fontaines D.C., Massive Attack, Turnstile, FKA twigs, The Chemical Brothers, Robyn and Hayley Williams are among the acts slated to appear at Primavera Sound Barcelona this spring. The eclectic festival will return to the Parc del Fòrum from June 2-6, with the main festival days slated for June 3-5, 2027, celebrating its milestone 25th anniversary. Other marquee acts slated to appear include: King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Bleachers, Pavement, Bad Gyal, Lola Young, Skrillex b2b Ninajirachi, ADÉLA, Atlas Sound, Don Caballero, Prospa, Angine de Poitrine, Tinashe and Caroline Polachek.
In total, the event will boast over 150 artists, offering a mix of rock, pop, electronica, singer-songwriters, punk, experimental music, country, flamenco, K-pop and metal. Spanish debuts include Doechii, Hayley Williams, Lola Young, ADÉLA and Angine de Poitrine, while The Chemical Brothers, Massive Attack, Phoebe Bridgers, Tinashe and Bleachers will make their Primavera Sound Barcelona debuts.
Pavement were slated to begin their current reunion at the festival in 2020, though that regrouping was eventually pushed back to 2022 due to the pandemic. This will also be one of Don Caballero’s first appearances since the math-rock pioneers parted ways in 2009. Other highlights include the rarely seen Vashti Bunyan and Bonnie “Prince” Billy and Bradford Cox’s return as Atlas Sound, as well as Skrillex b2b Ninajirachi closing the main festival. The week will culminate with a Sunday dedicated to electronic music, including a joint takeover from Richie Hawtin, Four Tet and Dixon.
